The Contemplative Network is hosting Cynthia in Wellington for a day-long retreat introducing some of the ideas from her latest book, The Heart of Centering Prayer: Nondual Christianity in Theory and Practice. Cynthia will review Thomas Keating’s teaching on the purification of narrative self, introduce the Witnessing self, and have a closer look at the Welcoming Prayer as a gateway into it. There will also be time for meditation practice, and an opportunity for Q&A.
