Location: Cowichan Lake Research Station Conference Centre, 7060 Forestry Road, Mesachie Lake, Vancouver Island, Canada
Dates: April 13-18, 2015 – Monday afternoon to Saturday noon
Event Description:
An opportunity for a small group (max. 20) to be immersed in sustained silence. The Intensive will be co-led by participants. Each retreatant will have the opportunity to lead or assist in daily sits, lectio, and chants. Enjoy the lake-side facility with plenty of opportunities for long forest walks. Accommodations are simple and rustic. Some facility and site photos available here. Cowichan Lake Research Station Conference Centre is approximately 100 km (90 minute drive) north of Victoria BC.
Pre-requisite: 5 years or more of regular meditation practice as well as some experience with longer silent retreats.
