Silence, Centering Prayer and Attention of the Heart

This retreat invites us into a three-day experience of silence —open to inner awakening. Before breakfast each day at 7 am we shall begin with Centring Prayer. Cynthia will shape our days with teaching and discussion morning and afternoon, sessions of Centering Prayer, meditative walking, and the sharing of Eucharist. The hope is that retreatants will choose to live in, but of course, you are free to take private accommodation if you wish. Please note, however, our daily early 7 am beginning is for all retreatants, whether living in or out.
