MEMBERS’ NOTICE OF AGM 2025 | Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Year-ending 2025 of The Contemplative Society.



Date: Thursday 20 November 2025.

Time: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Pacific Time (PT).

This meeting is open to the participation of all current members of The Contemplative Society (TCS). As a member of TCS, to participate in this AGM, please RSVP your intentions to: admin@contemplative.org


In the Subject Header of your RSVP, please type: “Yes to Participate in AGM 2025 of TCS.”

In the body of your RSVP e-mail response, please type your full name (first and last name).

The Zoom link for AGM 2025 will be sent once a TCS member has RSVP’d with a “Yes” to participate in the meeting.

  6. While the President, Vice-President (on behalf of the Events Planning Committee) and Executive Director will provide verbal reports at this AGM 2025, a written version of their verbal reports will be made available at AGM 2025 and also HERE at a time before the AGM 2025 is held.




Please Note: Immediately following the TCS 2025 AGM, you are invited to participate in a fifteen-minute presentation/discussion, “Swimming Upriver,” during which the Board of Directors would like to share their discernments about TCS’s future, and invite your wise response. Facilitated by Gerald Morton and Therese DesCamp.
