Henri Lock of UVic’s Multifaith Services will lead this workshop on walking the labyrinth. The winding path that takes us to the center of the labyrinth becomes a metaphor for our own spiritual journey. Come learn about the history of the labyrinth, how to meditate while walking the labyrinth, and to reflect on your own process and journey.
