Hosted by the Garrison Institute, this retreat will continue a pattern of annual “deep immersion” in Centering Prayer. During this retreat, Cynthia Bourgeault’s teachings will draw from her most recent book The Heart of Centering Prayer: Nondual Christianity in Theory and Practice. She will focus particularly on the heart as an organ of nondual perception and how Centering Prayer helps “put the mind in the heart”.
Composed of three daily group sittings with meditative walking, silence, teaching, and time for individual reflection and spiritual guidance.
Cost: $600-$925, depending on room type
Time: Friday, March 24 at 6:00 pm to Wednesday, March 29 at 2:00 pm
