Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by registered participants: For the Relearning Trust Retreat with Cynthia Bourgeault, Sept 25-29, 2022, if you cancel your registration before August 31, 2022, we will refund any payment minus the non-refundable $100 deposit portion. Cancellations received after August 31 are non-refundable unless there are special circumstances and your space at the retreat can be filled by an alternate participant ($100 non-refundable deposit will still apply).
As we all aim to keep our community safe and healthy through the Covid pandemic, we ask that anyone experiencing symptoms of any communicable illness refrain from attending. With that in mind, cancellations due to sudden illness may be refunded at the discretion of the TCS Executive Team.
Cancellation by TCS: If under unforeseen circumstances The Contemplative Society must cancel an event, refunds will be made in full to all registrants within two weeks of the announcement of the cancellation.
COVID Protocols and Practices:
The Contemplative Society is following the BC Health regulations with a priority to keep our program participants and staff safe. We will continue to monitor and review orders, guidance, and recommendations issued by our British Columbia medical health officer. Currently we do not require vaccination status to attend our events as vaccination proof is no longer required under public health orders to access businesses, events, and services in B.C. Any major change in BC Health Orders will be communicated to participants.
